PAYMENTS AND PROCESSING
The Be Thankful Company has the sole discretion to provide the terms of payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must first be received by Be Thankful Company prior to the latter’s acceptance of an order. All payments for the products shall be made by credit card via PayPal for all online orders and via Square for in person orders. The Be Thankful Company has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders. The Be Thankful Company is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by Be Thankful Company and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. In most cases when you purchase through the website you will see “BETHANKFULCO” listed on your statement description.

SHIPPING

At Be Thankful Company we make every effort to provide quick turnaround time from order submission to order arrival. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business day from the time of order (excludes holidays and weekends), unless your item is on back order or out of stock.

 

We send all domestic packages via USPS and will provide delivery confirmation. This service usually delivers in 1-5 business days after the package leaves our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS to update the tracking information in their system.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition, not washed or altered. All tags must be attached. Receipt must be included with returned merchandise. You pay for all shipping costs unless it is due to our mistake. If you would like a return a purchase for a full refund or exchange, mail to:

A refund will be administered through the customer's original method of payment once merchandise is returned to Be Thankful Company and the returned product meets all required return policy criteria.

 

If your merchandise is defective upon arrival, please contact customer service at gary@bethankfulcompany.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
